About Let’s Get Sad

What started out as a one-off night in Grand Terrace, Ca, turned into a permanent monthly residency in the city of Pomona located in Southern California.

Hosting shows at venues such as Acerogami, Fox Theater and now DBA256, two friends who have been involved in the Emo/Pop-punk scene since their early teens, and with a passion for music, set out with a goal in mind to throw the best Emo Night parties in Pomona.

Rapidly gaining speed and establishing a reputation within the city, we gave birth to what what was known as Emo Night Pomona.

Working with bands such as Hideouts, Takers Leavers, and bringing in guest dj’s such as Mason Musso (Metro Station), Nate Barcalow (Finch), Marko DeSantis (Sugarcult), etc., our parties were now on the map. However…

With the early departure of the founding members and with Covid-19 hitting the country, the parties had stopped. 

Opening back up in mid 2021, ENP had resumed. 

Now, 2023, and with the full return of our co-founder and friends, our rebrand is in full swing!

Our new goal is to take the country by storm with what is now known as the Let’s Get Sad party!
